INSPECTION AND RETURNS: All our graphics are made to order and inspected prior to packaging. Please check your package immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event that they have been damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER: Customer is responsible for selecting the correct part number for their vehicle. We assume no liability or incidental costs incurred for wrong parts purchased. If you find that you've ordered the wrong product and would like to return the item, a cancellation fee of 30% of the purchased price shall be applied. The merchandise must be in the exact re-sellable condition. We will not accept returns that have been damaged, improperly packaged or tampered with. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All return shipments must have the postal delivery confirmation number or tracking information. Absolutely NO returns are accepted after fifteen (15) days from date of invoice.
CUSTOM CONFIGURED PRODUCTS: All Motor Graphics offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully. A proof of the customized artwork is submitted to the customer for approval prior to shipment. Please look at this carefully before giving your approval. Since a custom-configured product is made to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production.
CUSTOM LAYOUTS AND PROOFS: Our Art Department will allow up to 2 chances to get your custom order looking exactly the way you intend it to. If there are more changes you after those first three initial changes, you will be charged an extra $40 for designer fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations, after processing your order are subject to a cancellation fee similar to restocking charges if the order has not shipped. If your order has shipped before notice of cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will need to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
REFUSED DELIVERIES/ RE-DIRECTED SHIPMENTS: Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to cancellation or restocking fees. Customer is responsible for all charges associated with re-directed shipments.
TEST FIT PARTS (DRY FITTING) All items should be inspected for defects or damage and "dry fitted" prior to being installed. Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. We recommend that all items be professionally installed. Any concern or question as to fit or installation should be brought to our attention. We provide technical support during our normal business hours to help with installations. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before making a return claim. It is our sole discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange.
RESTOCKING CHARGES: Restocking charges are fees incurred for inventory control, administration and handling of returns. If you have any problems with your shipment or item please email us. We will do our best to resolve any issue and making sure our customers are 100% satisfied.
